We do not accept returns once the chemical seal is broken or the product has been dispatched to your facility, as it compromises the product integrity and safety standards.
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will verify the claim and provide a replacement or credit note.
Since all our sales are B2B wholesale transactions, we do not provide cash refunds. Any approved claims for damaged goods will be settled via replacement of the specific batch or a credit note for future purchases.
